Description
The Sykam S 741 Preparative LC System is an isocratic PEEK system based on the Sykam S 1525 pump which is available with four flow rate ranges. The user can choose for up to 150 ml/min, 250 ml/min, 500 ml/min or up to 1000ml/min. Each version has a pressure range of up to 350 bar. The system is completed with the S 5400 sampling module and the S 3255 UV/Vis detector. An easy upgrade with the external S 8140 low pressure gradient mixer converts the system to a gradient system.
